Delivery times vary depending on the product, stitching option and fulfilment requirements.
The estimated delivery timeframe displayed on each product page represents the estimated total time from placing your order until receiving it.
This includes preparation, fulfilment and shipping.
Our product-specific delivery estimates include:
- 14–21 days
- 4–5 weeks
- 8–10 weeks
The applicable estimate is displayed on each individual product page.
These are estimated delivery periods rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
UK Shipping Options
Standard Delivery

Estimated shipping transit: 2–4 business days
Free Standard Delivery
Orders of £80 or more
Estimated shipping transit: 2–4 business days
Express Delivery
£6.95
Estimated shipping transit: 1–2 business days
Express shipping is subject to the existing 1pm working-day cutoff.

They are already accounted for within the product-specific total delivery estimate.
Selecting Express Delivery does not shorten a product's sourcing, stitching or preparation period.
Delivery Delays
If an order is delayed beyond its estimated delivery period, we will contact the customer with an updated timeframe and explain their available options, including cancellation where applicable.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email or SMS where available.
