At My Kapray, every order is handled with care and attention from dispatch through to delivery. As we offer both fashion collections and handmade MK Living pieces, delivery times may vary depending on the product type.

Fashion Collections
Ready-to-wear fashion items are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Estimated UK delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
- Free UK delivery available on qualifying orders
MK Living & Handmade Pieces
MK Living items are individually handmade and crafted to order.
Please allow approximately:
- 4 working days for production before dispatch
Estimated UK delivery:
- Tracked delivery calculated at checkout
Please note: personalised and handmade pieces require production time and are not eligible for express dispatch.
International Delivery
We ship internationally to selected countries.
International delivery rates and estimated shipping times are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Please note:
- Customs charges, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on your country
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Delivery timeframes may vary during busy periods or customs processing
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS where available.
Please allow a short period for tracking updates to activate after dispatch.
Returns
We want you to feel confident shopping with My Kapray.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in original condition
- Items must include original packaging where possible
Customers are responsible for arranging return postage unless an item arrives faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Personalised items
- Handmade made-to-order products
- Custom name pieces
- Earrings or hygiene-sensitive items where applicable
Please ensure all personalisation details are entered correctly before placing your order, as products will be created exactly as submitted.
Handmade Variations
Many MK Living products are individually handmade.
As part of the handmade process, slight variations in:
- texture
- marble effects
- resin detailing
- metallic finishes
- colour patterns
may naturally occur.
These differences are part of the character of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered faults.
Faults & Damages
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
- packaging images where relevant
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
